Sarah Davison is a Natural Menopause Expert and Homeopath, wife and Mother to a teenage son. It was receiving homeopathic treatment for her own perimenopause in her mid-forties, that inspired her to undertake a Bachelor of Science degree in Homeopathic Medicine. She qualified in 2012, and her menopause journey then led her to specialise in helping other women navigate peri/menopause without synthetic hormones, as she has.

She now collaborates with a Functional Nutritionist to provide highly effective, natural menopause programmes, that integrate state-of-the-art hormone testing, homeopathic treatment and individually tailored nutrition and lifestyle therapy. The programmes are accessible from anywhere in the world (time zones allowing), because all consultations and group work is online, and testing is urine-based, so does not require blood draw.
