• Can your services replace medical advice? No. Our services are holistic and are not a substitute for professional medical advice. They are designed to complement conventional healthcare, not replace it. For medical diagnoses, prescriptions, treatment plans, or serious health concerns, we strongly advise consulting your GP or healthcare professional.

• Are your holistic screenings suitable for everyone? Yes. They are generally safe and suitable for most people, provided there are no contraindications that would prevent their use.

• How should I prepare for my consultation? Please drink at least half a litre of water beforehand, as good hydration helps the test run smoothly. You can eat as normal, no fasting is required. Avoid smoking or consuming alcohol before your appointment, and bring along any medications, supplements, or remedies you are currently taking.

• Do you offer online consultations? No. We do not offer online or Zoom consultations. All services are provided in person at our premises in CM21 9JX.

• How do the Test Expert Plus and Check Medical Elite work? These devices use Bioelectrical Impedance Analysis (BIA), a safe, non-invasive technology that applies a very low-level electrical current to assess body composition and overall health status. This enables personalised, bio-individual insights tailored to your unique physiology.

• What do Wegamed holistic screening devices assess?
