Ionic selenium is the ideal form for supplementation, as ionic minerals easily bond with water for effective distribution throughout the body and maximum absorbability. Liquid selenium is also suitable for those who cannot swallow tablets or capsules. Each bottle comes with a metered dropper which allows for variable dosing. It contains, on average, a 48-day supply of concentrated liquid selenium.

Directions

Shake well. Using the metered dropper, take 1.25ml daily with juice or food to mask the concentrated mineral flavour.
