Good Health Naturally’s liposomal B4Health spray is a liquid B vitamin product using liposomal delivery for fast and effective absorption.
B vitamins are essential for many roles in the body. These critical vitamins are necessary to ensure the body’s cells are functioning correctly. They help the body convert food into energy (metabolism), support the healthy functioning of the nervous system, and maintain healthy skin cells, brain cells, and other body tissues.
B Vitamins are important for maintaining healthy homocysteine levels. High homocysteine levels have been linked to a greater risk of heart disease and are considered even more of a threat to heart health than high cholesterol.
While we can obtain B vitamins through various foods, there may be times when additional supplementation is recommended. Factors like age, pregnancy, dietary choices, medical conditions, stress, genetics, medication and alcohol use may increase the body’s demand for B vitamins.
Liposomal B4Health spray has a range of B vitamins, including Thiamine (B1), Riboflavin (B2), and B6, alongside other essential nutrients of vitamins D3 and C and selenium. It includes a proprietary B Support blend to support methylation and B vitamin use in the body. B Support also provides antioxidant benefits to the body and protects the formula from oxidation when bottled.

Serving Size: 4ml (8 pumps/just under 1 teaspoon)

Directions
Take 4ml (8 pumps/just under 1 teaspoon in the mouth per day, or as directed by your healthcare professional. Hold for 30 seconds before swallowing. Best taken on an empty stomach, at least 10 mins before eating or drinking. Can add to water, juice or smoothies for taste.
