Resistant starch can be found in legumes, unripe bananas, and uncooked potatoes. Resistant starch in prebiotics supplements is not broken down in the intestinal tracts and plays an important role when it comes to good intestinal bacteria.

Usage

Add two large scoops (approx. 5 grams) to approx. 200ml of lukewarm water and take in the morning, half an hour before the first meal. Measuring scoop included.

Please note: not hot water, but lukewarm water at body temperature.

Ingredients: Resistant starch (Potato), Inulin (Chicory), Calcium hydoxymethyl-butyrate (HMB) – a source of Butyric acid, Humic Acid 98%

Does not contain: Lactose, eggs, fish, peanuts, shellfish, nuts, wheat, soy, yeast, gluten, sugar,
rice, preservatives, synthetic sweeteners.

Prebiotica contains only pure ingredients.
